Autodesk® Advance Steel is easy-to-use and comprehensive software for structural steel detailing. Built on the familiar Autodesk®
AutoCAD® platform, the software’s 3D modeling tools help you accelerate design and detailing. Work with an extensive library of
intelligent, parametric structural elements, steel connections, and plates, or model your own custom elements and connections with
intuitive tools. Help speed time to fabrication by automatically generating shop and general arrangement drawings, creating bills of
material (BOMs), and producing DSTV CNC files directly from your designs. Interoperability with Autodesk® Revit® software and other
BIM solutions supports a more connected BIM workflow from design through fabrication to construction.

Advance Steel with AutoCAD 2017 System Requirements: Note: Autodesk Advance Steel 2017 is only compliant with AutoCAD® 2017   Operating System:

• Microsoft Windows 7 SP1

CPU Type: Multicore Xeon® or i-Series processor or AMD® equivalent with SSE2 technology (highest affordable CPU speed rating recommended) Memory:  4 GB RAM -Usually sufficient for a typical editing session on any model size. Individual models will vary in their use of computer resources and performance characteristics. Display Resolution: 1360 x 768 true color video display adapter 128 MB or greater, Pixel Shader 3.0 or greater, Microsoft Direct3D®-capable workstation-class graphics card as recommended by Autodesk. 125% Desktop Scaling (120 DPI) or less recommended. Disk Space:

• Autodesk Advance Steel 2017 requires 2.5 GB free disk space
• Autodesk AutoCAD 2017 with Advance Steel requires 8.5 GB free disk space
• It is recommended 1 GB additional free disk space for disk cache
