Founder

Kim is the founder of ProSoft with 35+ years of experience in integrating technology into firms dealing with the planning, design, construction and operations of building and infrastructure projects. In 1985, Kim began his career assisting engineering and architectural firms in implementing CAD and associated design technologies into forward-thinking company’s workflow and corporate systems. Kim oversees all aspects of ProSoft’s sales, service offerings, marketing, and software development operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the AEC industry, Brandon has participated in all aspects of the business, ranging from direct and technical sales to marketing, public relations, strategic planning, product development, implementation, and sales management. His broad scope of experience and responsibilities has given him personal insight into every aspect of the design community.

Shawn_Herring

Shawn Herring

Vice President

Over the past 15+ years Shawn has been involved in hundreds of projects across the country. During his vast career, Shawn has trained thousands of CADD users, helped hundreds of civil infrastructure companies and major Department of Transportations implement new technologies, standardize workflows and enhance productivity. Shawn has been a part of 1000's of Drone and LiDar scanning projects, ranging from simple roadway scans to complex contaminated land restoration projects consisting of 1000’s of acres. No matter which hat Shawn is wearing, his goal is the same, to empower organizations with the information and skills they need to improve their workflow, differentiate themselves and drive measurable results. Shawn is a contributor/author for several local, national and international publications. His forward thinking and professional insights have been published in UC&D magazine, Informed Infrastructure and AUGI magazine to name a few. Shawn has traveled the US and Canada as guest presenter/key note speaker for many user groups and industry-specific conferences. He has also been a sought-after presenter at Autodesk University over the past several years. In addition to being a highly sought-after industry consultant, outside of the office, Shawn enjoys spending his personal time with his family and being in the outdoors. He also believes in giving back to his community. Shawn sits on many local advisory boards and volunteers his time with incredible organizations like the Boys & Girls club of America, Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Boy Scouts of America and the Special Olympics.

Sales & Accounting

With an extensive background in contract procurement, administration, consulting and project management, Ginger understands the detail oriented process that’s necessary to complete a contract from documentation to final delivery. In addition to Ginger’s administrative responsibilities as Vice President of Finance & Operations, Ginger is also the Director of Government & Educational Services for ProSoft. Ginger had demonstrated and has been nationally recognized as an industry leader working with State, Local and Federal government agencies as well as Secondary and Post-Secondary educational institutions. Ginger has worked for ProSoft for 25 years. Ginger’s passion in life is service, which shows in both her professional endeavors as well as her personal life. Whether it’s her customers, family, friends or the many charitable organizations she supports, her life has been dedicated to meeting the needs of others. Specialties: Direct sales, competitive analysis, strategic planning, educational development, government procurement, certified Autodesk Government Specialist.

Office Manager

Patty joined the ProSoft team as the Office/Marketing Manager after receiving her Business Management degree from Utah Valley University in 1997. Under Patty’s leadership, ProSoft has become recognized as a premier Autodesk solutions provider, achieving Autodesk Gold Partner status three years running. Patty also oversees Autodesk operations for ProSoft including; specialization procurement, certifications, marketing and purchasing. In addition to managing the office, Patty works with the sales team as well as the marketing staff. Away from the office, you’ll likely find her on a bike and enjoys riding with her kids’ high school mountain bike team.

Brett Monsen

Brett Monsen

Sales Manager

Brett grew up in the AEC industry and was taught from an early age the importance of building trust and understanding customer’s needs. He enjoys solving critical business issues and providing solutions to meet the needs of his customers. His favorite part of his jobs is “Seeing the lightbulbs turn on when a customer understands the solution solves their issue”. When he is not working to take care of his customers needs, you can find him spending time on the golf course, smoking a brisket or traveling with his Wife and three kids on new adventures together.

Bryson Anderson

Bryson Anderson

Director of IT

Bryson has worked in the IT industry since 2008. During this time, he has been involved in many aspects of IT including, Systems Administration, Networking, Telecom, Hardware, and IT consulting. He has supported large and small companies in a variety of industries including healthcare, software development, engineering, and architecture; plan, implement, upgrade and maintain their IT infrastructure. At ProSoft, Bryson admins all aspects of the internal IT infrastructure, and oversees ProSoft’s managed IT services, and custom workstation and server division. With his knowledge and experience in IT, he consults with companies worldwide on the planning, implementation, and training of Autodesk data management and collaboration software. As well as assisting customers with the licensing, installation, and deployment of Autodesk products.

Ammon Phillips, a Computer Science graduate from Utah Valley University, is both a developer and the head of our IT team. His proficiency in programming, combined with a love of automation, results in efficient solutions and seamless operations. With a proactive approach to staying current in the ever-evolving tech landscape, Ammon is an integral part of the ProSoft Team.
