Return Window:

• Preauthorization required for all product returns.  Returns or cancellations must be within 30 days of order date.  A 15% restocking fee applies IF product has not yet been activated.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was received.
